Unattended Ground Sensors

¨ LCT-XX, The LCT is a sophisticated processor and transmitter housed in a compact rugged case which facilitates storage, transportation, and concealment. This unit is ideal for short or long term deployment. A single unit receives, processes, and transmits information generated by contact closure/open, seismic, infrared, or magnetic sensor(s) either individually or in various combinations of deployment, giving the system maximum flexibility. The LCT-XX utilizes four types of sensor boards: Directional/Seismic (DS), Dual Directional (DD), Dual Seismic (SS) and Contact Closure/Open (CC).

¨ PIR, Passive Infrared Detectors produce a signal when sensing a quick change in incidence infrared radiation within its field of view. The unit is utilized for remote detection of vehicles, people, and objects. Easily concealed, it is ideal for perimeter protection, border observation, tactical surveillance systems, and airport security. Several models are available with various detection ranges and capabilities.

¨ SPS-20 , A buried geophone detects seismic activity at the detector location and generates an electrical signal that is analyzed by the processor to determine if a specified type of intrusion has occurred. A single seismic detector (SPS-20) can be deployed to monitor a small area or trail, or detectors can be combined in a string (SPS-21) to monitor large open areas or perimeters.

¨ MS-10, A buried or concealed magnetometer detects disturbances in the earth’s magnetic field caused by movement of ferrous or magnetically sensitive material moving through the sensor range. Stationary objects do not affect the detector. The MS-10 is a dual channel sensor allowing it to determine direction of travel.

¨ RD106-B, The RD106-B Base Monitor has a set of two (2) receivers and two (2) displays, allowing for different frequencies to be monitored or redundant sensing of the same frequency. Each channel has two individual RS-232-serial ports, allowing the selected channel information to be entered into a database and/or printed independently of each other.

¨ RD105-UB1, The RD105-B Base Monitor, single receiver eight (8) channel, is designed as a portable base monitor, ideally used in guardhouse settings when the agent (guard) needs to move between different guardhouses. The RD105-BU1 utilizes a built in keypad and LCD display. The monitor senses alarms then translates the encoded message to be displayed on the LCD display. The alarms are also sent to an RS-232 Serial port. It can also be used as a repeater.

¨ RD115-M, The RD115-M Mobile Monitor is designed and constructed for vehicle use. Modular construction provides system flexibility and cost-effective field service. The monitor and display are housed in separate enclosures and attach via a six (6) foot cable, allowing the user to place the display in the vehicle for easy viewing while driving

¨ RD201-P, The portable monitor is designed and constructed for field use. It can be powered either by an external 12Vdc-power source or a rechargeable 12Vdc battery. The monitors can operate for eight (8) hours on the battery before recharging is needed. Along with the ability to receive incoming alarms, the portable monitor also can function as a transmitter, transmitting alarms for system tests. The portable monitor is extremely useful in field deployment of transmitters and repeaters

¨ RD401,

The RD401 50 Watt Repeater is a rugged, weather tight RF relay station specially designed for use in fixed installations in remote areas. It functions efficiently by using a single synthesized transponder to monitor encoded alarm signals. When a valid alarm is received, a second synthesized transponder and RF amplifier are powered up to retransmit the alarm. The RD401 50 Watt Repeater can receive on one frequency and retransmit on another. The signals may originate from sensors as well as other repeaters and are sent on to the next receiving unit (a monitor or another repeater). The RD401 50 Watt Repeater can be programmed receive and retransmit all incoming alarms, monitor twenty (20) specific block addresses, or monitor ten (10) unique addresses. This enables the unit to repeat only primary sensor alarms.
